ABSOLUTELY!!!! I was thrilled and went completely crazy on my shopping budget on my first visit to Paris.It was in August, right by the end their July Annual sale, and although I purchased LV bags and items in south France none of them was on sale. Still, I found it to be way cheaper than in the US, especially California where I usually buy and taxes are 9.75% at Rodeo Drive.
