Aug 05, 2009 · I was watching "Hamburger Paradise" on the Travel Channel and they were profiling this restaurant in New Haven, CT called Louis' Lunch. In the kitchen they had cast iron vertical louis lunch broiler broilers. They inserted a wire gridiron that held the burgers and the broiler cooked the burgers on both sides and at the same time.
